If you’re looking to do a little pre- climbing warm- up, supportive grip training, or are down and out with an A2 finger pulley or similar injury, pull out the Grip Pro Rings and get some blood moving in those hands. The durable rings come in three resistance levels: green ( 30 pounds), black ( 40 pounds), and red ( 50 pounds). Personally, I found the red ring to be too much, the green too easy, but the black just right. You can vary the intensity level by pinching the rings with just the fingertips, or get a really tough workout by squeezing them in your palm.
