Bask in Their Happy Bond

FIFTEEN MONTHS after they went public with their relationship during a visit to Taormina, Italy, Richard Gere and Alejandra Silva are still going strong. “I am the happiest woman in the world,” says the 33-year-old Spanish publicist, who was all smiles as she cuddled with Richard, 67, while they attended the San Sebastian Film Festival on Sept. 24. Her actor beau agrees that a solid relationship is the most valuable thing in life. “I would rather be loved,” insists Richard, “than have money and all that other stuff.”
