TERMINATOR 2: 3D

He said he would be back, and he is — again. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day returns to theaters 26 years after its initial release, only this time it’s in 3D. “It’s one of those movies that people still talk about as if it just came out yesterday,” says Arnold. “It is so far ahead of its time — that’s why you can bring it out now in 3D.” According to the star, the real Terminator is director James Cameron. “He locks into a mode, like a machine, and he only sees the movie, which is a really great asset, to have this kind of strong vision and determination and talent,” Arnold says. “But don’t get in his f---ing way.” Says James, “A quarter of a century later, I’m still pretty proud of the film for the way it looks. It still holds up.” And it’s even more effective in three dimensions. “The images feel more real,” James explains. “You really feel like you’re there.” [R]
