Airline Employee Saves the Day
A Southwest Airlines employee went to great lengths to reunite a cancer patient with her luggage.
After a canceled flight left colon cancer patient Stacy Hurt separated from her bags, which contained important medications, she reached out to Southwest and explained her situation to an employee named Sarah. Sarah not only tracked down Stacy’s luggage, but she personally delivered it to her home at 3 a.m. so that she would have it in time for her morning chemotherapy treatment. “This woman has restored my faith in humanity,” says Stacy.
