ORANGE VANILLA CUPCAKES

1. Heat oven to 350°F. In bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients. 2. In second bowl, combine next 4 ingredients. With hand mixer on high speed, beat until smooth. Reduce mixer speed to medium; slowly add dry ingredients, alternating with milk and mixing until combined. 3. Scoop batter into 6 lined muffin wells. Bake 10 to 12 min.
Let cool. Frost with buttercream.*
With stand mixer, beat 1 cup palm shortening, ⁄4 cup powdered
3 sugar, 2 tbsp. nondairy milk and 1 tsp. vanilla extract until fluffy.
