It’s all good for Tiffany Haddish. Whether it’s a dramatic turn in The Card Counter, hosting TV’s Friday Night Vibes or playing a detective investigating a murder following a high school reunion in the comedic miniseries The Afterparty, she knows what’s best for her. “I’m always going to work. I’m always going to figure something out,” she says. “I started in stand-up comedy, I’ll probably end in standup comedy, whatever happens in the middle, fantastic. [But] doing stand-up is like my medicine.”
