CUTE KID Don grew up in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn.

BIG HIT Happy Days was so incredibly popular that the Beatles’ John Lennon brought his son, Julian, to the set for a visit in 1974.

MUSIC MAN In 1976, Don put out an album of pop music. His single “All Roads (Lead Back to You)” spent three weeks on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.

SMOOTH SAILING Don guest-starred on several episodes of The Love Boat, including a 1979 twopart Alaska cruise.

STARK STAGE In 1981, he toured with Dick Van Dyke in Damn Yankees. Don played Joe Hardy in the beloved musical.

BOY WONDER Don was the voice of Eric the Cavalier on Dungeons & Dragons from 1983 to 1985.

GLEE CLUB “I had a recurring role on Glee as the father of Emma, played by Jayma Mays,” Don says.

MORE MUSIC In 2016, Don put out an album of big band standards, Swinging Down the Chimney Tonight.

TOUCHING TRIBUTE “[It’s] great being together again,” Don said of a 2019 reunion with his Happy Days co-stars to honor Garry Marshall.
