Audrey made her last humanitarian trip to Somalia in 1992. “I just decided to do as much as possible in the time that I’m still up to it,” she said one year earlier.

“I love being outdoors, love taking a long walk with my dogs and looking at the trees, flowers, the sky,” said Audrey, who kept Jack Russell terriers.

“They met while filming Sabrina,” says Matzen of designer Hubert de Givenchy, who helped his longtime friend get home for her last Christmas.
