I’VE PUT MY ACTING CAREER ON HOLD “I’ve done it since I was in diapers at 11 months old,” says Drew, who had her breakthrough role at age 7 in 1982’s E.T. “I don’t want to be on a film set right now, but that could change when my kids are older.” I’VE BEEN SOBER FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS “I’ve proven to myself that I am capable of change. I believe people are capable of big changes,” says Drew, who had her first alcoholic beverage at age 9 and struggled with substance abuse as a young woman. “There’s so much peace finally being had where there were demons.”

TRYING “I’ve realized that even when the little things aggravate you and seem really big and monumental...you just can’t lose your cool,” she says. “Be nice through all of it. That’s always when I feel the best, no matter what.” I’M LOOKING FOR LOVE, BUT NOT MARRIAGE “It took me four years to get back out there,” the thricedivorced star says of dating. Drew would love to find a life partner, but she’s not interested in a husband. “I would maybe live with someone again. Maybe,” she says. “I will never, ever, ever, ever get married.”
