D. DG: 1800 Malta Siege silver ingot. Tony L: 1794 silver dollar. As a silver dollar collector, this, to me, is the epitome of all dollars, even beyond the 1804. Jeremy E.: I am weird, but metal detecting coins-wise my white whale is 16D merc (1916-D Mercury dime). Brian M.: 1793 Flowing Hair Chain Reverse large cent. P. Sierzega: 1795 gold eagle. Rick O.: 1794 Flowing Hair silver dollar. Barry J.: 1879 $4 Stella. So beautiful! C. Blackington: Massachusetts Pine Tree Shilling, probably. Or even a NE shilling. As a New Englander, I’ve always loved these coins for their historical and artistic value. Okay, maybe just the historical value in the case of the NE shilling!
