Renee Hilary Testani

March 12, 1928 - May 25, 2018

Renee Hilary Testani, age 90, of Orange, Connecticut, passed away peacefully in the early hours of May 25, 2018 in Murrieta, CA. Mrs. Testani was born March 12, 1928 in Bridgeport, beloved daughter of Louise Hilary of Stratford, CT. Previously of Fairfield, Connecticut, she was a longtime area resident living in Monroe and Orange. Renee graduated from Harding High School and went on to work for Singer Sewing Company as an Executive Assistant. After raising her children, she returned to work as a customer service representative for People’s United Bank, working at several different locations during her career of over 15 years. Renee was well known and loved at the Seymour and Orange Senior Centers and was an expert card player and fixture at bingo as well as enjoying many casino trips.

Renee is survived by her beloved children, Marlene Browning- Wilcox of Murrieta, CA, Jack H. Testani and his wife, Suzanne, of Winchester, CA, her cherished grandchildren; Troy Benjamin Browning and Samantha- Renee Wilcox of Murrieta, CA, Alexander Mark Testani of Fairfield, CT, and William Jack Testani of New Haven, CT, and several beloved nieces, nephews, and friends. Renee also leaves her cherished canine companions: Maxwell, Luka and Gideon.

She was welcomed into heaven by her husband: S. Benjamin Testani, her sons; Mark V Testani and Dean B Testani.

7 p. m. at Spadaccino & Leo P. Gallagher Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Route 111, Monroe. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 4 at 10 a. m. in St. Jude Church, 707 Monroe Turnpike, Route 111, Monroe. Family may call to the funeral home at Monday at 9 a. m.
