When Nina Nyrop entered real estate in 1986, there were limited computers with a partial network on the internet.
“Believe it or not, it was the agents who shared all the information regarding market trends and housing,” Nyrop said.
“I have witnessed many rises and falls in the market, and the one thing that always resonates truth is the service that we provide our clients whether they are selling or buying a home,” said Nyrop, who prides herself on the knowledge, education and compassion she provides.
“I am extremely driven, always reaching new goals and very detail- oriented,” she explains. “I pay attention to all the trends that effect our business daily and am in tune with the market’s ongoing changes.”
Nyrop concentrates on all facets of the industry, including land, new construction and investments, as well as residential purchases and working with clients that are relocating, upgrading, or downsizing. She specializes in real estate throughout Fairfield county. Being recognized as being in the top 3 percent of all Realtors in Connecticut is one of many awards she has received throughout her career, and she attributes it all to service.
“Being in a referral business has proven time and time again that service matters,” Nyrop says. “I have built my career by providing excellent service which is the forerunner of my growth and future success.”
Nyrop joined in partnership with Tracy Jefferson at Keller Williams Realty to cre-
ate a team of like- minded professionals to enhance their growth and provide exceptional service to current as well as past clients.
“I consider all my clients, whether past or present, part of my growing family,” she explains. “It is not just the purchase or the sale that matters, it is all the steps along the way that enables me to help my clients complete their journey.”
She credits her business growth due to education, a keen understanding of the business and working with a team of experts that are there to support all aspects of each transaction.
