It was in 1980 when Lou Delmonaco bought her first home that she became interested in becoming a Realtor. Since then, she has spent the past 38 years “helping people be comfortabl­e in a place they call home.”

She has developed a solid reputation in the field and says she owes her success to the many referrals she receives from past clients.
