Business( es) are doing well in this area. Senior housing is in this area, along with tons of kids walking side- walks and riding bikes. An incident like this at 7pm is literally BROAD DAYLIGHT— it’s summer. Stratford better wake up.

I’m a retired jeweler and have a tool called a ring cutter. Most any jewelry store has this tool and it can remove a ring within a minute without totally damaging the ring and with no discomfort to the person from whom the ring is being removed.
