Mariana Patrone has always found enjoyment in being surrounded by beautiful things. With home decor as a passion and having an online home decor and accessories store, she was inspired to pursue a real estate career.
“Real estate is not only an interesting business it can be exciting and fun,” Patrone said. “I offer my sellers help and advice in how to make their house look their best before their put it on the market. When I’m working with buyers, I help them visualize how they can transform their new place.”
Patrone’s philosophy as a Realtor and in life is “Honesty is the best policy”.
“Being honest, working hard and having my clients’ best interests at heart are the most important things for me. I have built my business on referrals and by treating everyone with the utmost respect and professionalism.”
Patrone takes great pride in being able to help people.
“It’s such a great feeling when you see your clients happy. Real estate transactions are most of the time extremely stressful and difficult, they are a roller coaster of emotions,” she said. “Guiding my clients through the tough times and finding solutions is my forté.”
She accomplishes this by following through, treating every person the way she would want to be treated and placing herself in the clients shoes to understand their reactions and guide and assure them every step of the way.
Patrone’s strengths lie in listening, negotiating and being able to focus on what the clients want. She is a strong believer in using cutting- edge technology and uses creative and outside the box thinking to create custom and strategic plans including telling stories about the home, engaging buyers through beautiful images and interacting on social media.
She credits her brokerage firm for the never- ending support and training she receives.
