Bilingual Realtor helps buyers

- THE LIST Haysebell Cuadrado

It wasn’t long after Haysebell Cuadrado’s family purchased their first home in 2007 that she began working as an administrative assistant in the office of the broker who represented her family. After learning the ropes and seeing how the process works from the inside, she got her real estate license and became a Realtor in 2014.

Cuadrado is a buyer specialist and fluent in Spanish. Being able to help people purchase a home is something that is very near and dear to her heart. To Cuadrado, the greatest reward of being a Realtor is seeing the joy on a customer’s face when they get the key to their new home.

“I come from a large family and understand the importance of a place called home,” she explains. “Family is my pastime, my current time and my everything. There’s nothing more fulfilling than spending time with the ones you love. I see a house like a music box and we are the little figurines dancing to the rhythm of time. How lucky am I to have the ability to help people find a place to create memories.”

Prior to working in real estate, she worked as a manager at a supermarket where she interacted with customers on daily basis. She relates that both fields require understanding someone else’s needs and helping them.

For Cuadrado, the value she holds in the highest regard is honesty.

“To me, honesty always comes first,” she says. When working with buyers, she Address 1143- 1155 Sasco Hill Road 114 Beachside Ave. 5 Hedley Farms Road 5 Charmers Landing 1227 Pequot Ave. 6 Bluewater Lane 66 Beachside Ave. 279 North Ave.
