Vanilla Fudge, which scored its 1 first hit with a trippy, explosive cover of the Supremes’ “You Keep Me Hangin’ On,” is coming to Pawling, N. Y. Vanilla Fudge toured with Jimi Hendrix in 1968, and shared the stage with Led Zeppelin, Jefferson Airplane and Cream. Considered one of England’s 1 most enduring contempora­ry singer/ songwriter­s, Robyn Hitchcock is coming to New Haven. Since founding the art- rock band The Soft Boys in 1976, Hitchcock has recorded more than 20 albums as well as starred in “Storefront Hitchcock,” an in- concert film recorded in New York and directed by Jonathan Demme. Jazz rock tribute

An 11- piece band that pays 1 tribute to the music of Steely Dan is coming to Bridgeport. “Hey Nineteen” has gained a reputation as a top interprete­r of the group’s 1970s and 1980s hits, including “Aja” and “FM.” The musicians have toured throughout New England and have been praised for their “spot- on Steely Dan sound.” The Bijou Theatre, 275 Fairfield Ave., Bridgeport. The Chamber Players of the 1 Greenwich Symphony will take a trip to Spain for their latest endeavor — two concerts that will span music from the 1800s to the mid- 1900s. In “Three Corners of Spain,” the ensemble will focus on the music of Juan Arriaga, Enrique Granados, Xavier Montsalvat­ge and Joaquin Turina.
