Lockwood has extensive knowledge of the ever- changing real estate market and explains that the key to understanding the market is knowledge of the inventory and pricing. When it comes to effectively marketing a property in today’s high- tech world, Lockwood deploys a strategic marketing plans using a diverse media mix with a strong emphasis on a digital and social media platforms.

Lockwood’s clients benefit from her analytical skills and entrepreneurial background. Prior to her real estate career, she was a financial analyst for a high- tech company. She subsequently co- founded a local Fairfield refuse hauling business with her husband that has been successfully operating for 24 years.
Born and raised in Fairfield and currently residing in Easton, Lockwood has her finger on the pulse of the local real estate markets and vast experience in the area. She serves Fairfield, Westport, Easton, Weston, Norwalk and surrounding towns. She holds the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
