Elinore Frances Clarke Rodi

Elinore Frances Clarke Rodi, age 81, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 19, 2018 at Bridgeport Hospital. She was the beloved wife of John Rodi.

Born in Bridgeport on November 11, 1937 she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Rice Clarke. Elinore enjoyed planting, ornaments and decorating for Christmas.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years John Rodi, her son John Rodi Jr. and his wife Wendy of Bridgeport, her daughter Rosemary Rodi and her husband Mark Satmary of Stratford. Her brother John Clarke and his wife Sue, sisters Patricia Auger and her husband Ron, Jean Werner, Kay Hanks and sister- in- law Edie Clarke, four grandchildren Bryan Satmary and his wife Amber Yanez, Tyler Satmary and his wife Erica Vizzo, Stephanie Rodi and Jimmy Rodi and his wife Sara Lucas, three great greandchildren Venessa Satmary, Mason Satmary and Austin Beatty, along with several nieces and nephews, especially Ben Deer. Elinore was predeceased by Thomas Clarke, Eileen Deer, Mary Balas and Eddie Clarke.
