Highest priced listings of the week

- Tom Braunagel

Tom Braunagel’s interest in real estate career began while working as an electrical engineer. It was then when he purchased his first multi- family home as an investment.

He went on to purchase several more multifamily homes and used that investment to starting a real estate business. In 2005, he purchased a Keller Williams franchise in the Trumbull and Easton region and never looked back.

“I dove full- time into real estate,” Braunagel said. “The fast- paced life as a Realtor is exciting and my ability to touch the lives of so many families is what I love most. A new home changes everything. It symbolizes a new beginning, new space, new friends and new experiences.”

For Braunagel, it is all about making a difference in people’s lives. He and his team recently held their Thanksgiving Pie Customer Appreciation Event, which gave him the opportunity to reconnect with past clients and thank them for their business.

Braunagel finds his engineering skills of fixing problems and paying close attention to details to be very useful as a Realtor.

“The process of moving a client from presale to post- sale has many moving parts,” he said. “The key to a smooth transaction is in the details, keeping everyone on the right track and being a great communicator.”

Braunagel uses a variety of tools and technology, including the latest 3- D motion photography to make his team’s listings stand out. He also utilizes social media, blogging, voiceactivated signs and sign riders, direct mail and a door- to- door approach to drive expo-

sure in the market.

Braunagel possesses the combination of a fun personality with business acumen, along with being detail- oriented, competitive and believing in working hard and playing hard. He cares about his community and in 2015, he spent two months riding his bicycle across the country to raise money for two girls in his hometown who lost their parents to cancer.

“I dedicate focus and commitment to my clients and my community every day,” he said. “When I say I’m committed to my client’s success, my perspective is driven by dedication, which takes on a whole new meaning.”
