STO­RY­LINES: There is a ton of off the field sto­ry­lines sur­round­ing this game: choice school and suc­cess mod­i­fiers: but the game is won on the field, but it’s no of­ten two de­fend­ing cham­pi­ons are pit­ted against each other in the play­offs the next season. Af­ter los­ing a ton of tal­ent from last year’s team, Killingly is back in the mix with a shot to get back to cham­pi­onship game and de­fend its ti­tle. St. Joseph won Class S last season and was moved up to Class M. Af­ter be­ing moved up, St. Joseph was tabbed as the fa­vorite and here the Hogs are with a chance to reach the fi­nals. The Hogs have faced a gru­el­ing reg­u­lar season sched­ule to get here.
