Herbert T. Gullberg, III

( Butch), passed into eternal rest on Dec. 30, 2018. He was born in Bridgeport in 1957 to the late Herbert T., Jr. and Lorraine Gullberg. He was a diehard Yankees fan and lover of music, especially Van Morrison. He was able to successfully chart his own path in life and do the things he liked to do. He was a Bridgeport police officer and finished top of the class at Housatonic Community College. He astonished everyone with his ability to have actually made it that far, touching many with his charm and gaining many friends along the way. He is survived by his 3 sons, Shawn, Michael and Matthew, his grandchildren and his brother Keith. Internment will be on Jan. 12, 2019 at Mountain Grove Cemetery, 215 Dewey St., Bridgeport at 12: 30 p. m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations for the future of his sons and grandchildren.
