HOLIDAY LIGHTING RECYCLING AVAILABLE

-

Starting Monday, residents will be able to put their old tangled, broken and burned out strings of holiday lights out with their recycling for collection. Garlands, live greens and wreaths, as well as other non- recyclables will not be accepted.

“This is an environmentally friendly way to get rid of old holiday lights that have run their course, and I thank those at Oak Ridge Recycling and the town’s Public Works Department who are making this option possible,” Mayor Laura Hoydick said.
