A for­mer Sta­ples High School girls’ soc­cer coach has been charged in con­nec­tion with an­other in­de­cent ex­po­sure in­ci­dent, this time in Nor­walk, po­lice there said Satur­day.

David Sharpe, 29, of War­ren Av­enue in Fair­field, was charged with breach of peace and pub­lic in­de­cency fol­low­ing his ar­rest in Nor­walk on Fri­day. The for­mer West­port coach was also charged by Fair­field po­lice with breach of peace and pub­lic in­de­cency in early De­cem­ber 2018.

“It was later re­vealed that David Sharpe was a girls’ soc­cer coach for Sta­ples High School, from which he re­signed af­ter his in­ter­view with de­tec­tives,” Fair­field Po­lice Lt. Robert Kala­ma­ras said at the time.

The Nor­walk case stemmed from an in­ci­dent on Sept. 26, in which, po­lice said, Sharpe drove up to some­one walk­ing a dog and “ex­posed him­self to the vic­tim while mas­tur­bat­ing,” po­lice said.

Sharpe was held on a $ 50,000 bond for the Nor­walk charges and is ex­pected in court on Jan. 25.
