Edward Szypulski

Edward Szypulski, age 69 of Stratford, CT passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 29 after his close family had a chance to say their final goodbyes. Born in Dobrzyjalowo, Poland, he was the son of the late Julian and Leokadia Bankiewicz Szypulski.

Edward immigrated from Poland to the US with his family in 1993 and settled in Stratford. He worked as a machine operator, laborer, and farmer at Inline Plastics, AMCO, and Silverman’s Farm throughout his life. He enjoyed living his life to the fullest, he was the first to get the party started, and sought every opportunity to get together with his family and friends.

Edward is survived by Jolanta, his children: son Wojciech and his wife Magda, daughter Joanna, and son Matthew. He was a beloved grandfather “dziadzia” & “dziadek” to his three granddaughters Maya, Mia, and Emma. Edward leaves behind his three sisters Regina Maslowski and late husband Richard, Grazyna Dybicz with husband Wieslaw, and Hanna Niedbala with husband Krzysztof. He also leaves behind several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 12:30 – 2:30pm at Commerce Hill Radozyczki Funeral Home, 4798 Main Street Bridgeport, CT. A Mass of Christian Burialwill take place on Tuesday at 3pm at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 310 Pulaski Street Bridgeport with a private burial of Edward’s ashes at a later date.
