Kathleen A. Signor

Kathleen A. Signor, age 69 died in her home on January 1, 2023, surrounded by her family. Kathy was born in Norwalk on January 21, 1953. She was the daughter of Ann Mackin and the late John Mackin.

Kathy was a longtime resident of Stratford, CT. She was a retired nurse having worked for ST. Vincent’s Hospital for many years and most recently Regional Network of Programs. Kathy was a selfless woman who put the care and needs of others before her own. She loved the people she cared for as if they were family.

Kathy was devoted to her children, beloved grandchildren, who lovingly called her Mema and loving husband. She loved nothing more than spending time with them. She also enjoyed cooking, setting up elaborate birthday celebrations, shopping with her granddaughter and attending her grandson’s sporting events. Kathy also enjoyed gardening the beach and her grand dogs, Gracie and Dougie. She will be deeply and sorely missed.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 26 years Anthony (Tony) Signor, sister Sharon Bennette of Norwalk and her ever loving children, Jason Ripley(Michelle) of Shelton, Sarah Sprague of Trumbull and her cherished grandchildren Aubrey K. Sprague and Jason M. Ripley. In addition to her father she was predeceased by her brother Jack Mackin.

All services will be held privately by the family.
