Martha Bell Long, age 96, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Francis (Frank) Long, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 17, 2022. Martha was born April 13, 1926 in Dallas,Texas, daughter of the late Joseph Edward and Nellie (Horsman) Howell. Martha enjoyed outdoor activities and nature; her favorite hobby was gardening. She is survived by three daughters, Carol Toth and her husband Jack of Port Charlotte, FL, Karen Johannesen of Stratford, and Sharon Allison and her husband Steve of Stratford. She was predeceased by one grandchild, Tommy; and is survived by five grandchildren, Laura, Jenn, Sandy, John and Jeffrey; 11 greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service celebrated by Deacon John Piatak, on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main Street, Stratford.
Eugene McAndrew born in Norwalk, CT, December 14, 1938, passed away at home surrounded by family in Stratford, CT on February 26, 2023.
Eugene was predeceased by his wife, Madeline Macri McAndrew.
Eugene leaves behind his two daughters, Jannae Gardy and husband James Gardy of South Carolina and Tina Fatovic and husband Robert Fatovic of Stratford, CT; five treasured grandchildren, Madeline Fatovic,

Mr. McAndrew was the Renaissance Man of Norwalk in 1979 and USA Army Veteran.
He was a friend to many and will be dearly missed.
