Christine Lapinski

Christine Lapinski, age 89, of Woodbridge, died on Saturday August 18, 2018. She was the wife of the late Raymond Lapinski. She was born in Bridgeport to the late Paul and Mary Moyher.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Finnegan and husband Edward, of Stratford; her sons, Raymond Lapinski and wife Katherine Paddon, of New Hartford and Michael Lapinski and wife Patricia, of Fort Myers, Florida; her grandchildren, Jennifer Nash and husband Gerald, Erin Barry and husband Craig, Lauren Finnegan, Kristen Finnegan, Robert Lapinski, Raymond Lapinski, Timothy Lapinski, Michael Lapinski, and Mark Lapinski; and greatgrandchildren Amelia Nash and Gerald (Trey) Nash.

She is predeceased by her son, William Lapinski; and by her siblings, John Moyher, Paul Moyher, Mary Babina, Anne Petrovick, Helen Kader, and William Moyher.

The family would like to acknowledge the care provided by Vitas Hospice Care and the nursing staff at Yale New Haven Hospital. As well as Coachman Square which provided support over the last ten years.

Friends and family are invited to attend the funeral at the Pistey Funeral Home, 2155 Main Street, Stratford on Friday August 24, 2018 at 9:45 a.m. and at 10:30 a.m. at St. James Church with a Mass of Christian Burial officiated by Rev. Rogerio Perri. Interment is private at St. Mary Cemetery, Clinton.
