Nancy F. Bragulat

Nancy Frances Bragulat, age 85 of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late James Bragulat, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2019 with her loving family by her side. Nancy was born on May 22, 1933, to the late George Wilson, Sr. and Frances Butera Wilson. She is survived by her two brothers, George Wilson, Jr. and Thomas Wilson, as well as many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and nephews. Nancy was predeceased by her two sisters, Emily Corazzelli and Carol Vecchione and her brother, Gary Wilson. Nancy was a kind and generous woman who had a zest for life. She lived in the moment, loved traveling, music and spending time with her family and friends. She was a volunteer at Notre Dame HS in Fairfield and was very involved in her church and local politics. Nancy was a lifelong resident of Bridgeport and had so much pride and love for her hometown. She retired from Bridgeport Metal Goods after many years of dedicated service, where she worked in the Accounts Receivable Department. Nancy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her family would like to extend a special thanks to the caregivers at St. Joseph’s Center in Trumbull for their kind and compassionate care. A Funeral Home service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. directly in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road Trumbull, CT 06611. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Friends may greet the family in the funeral home on Saturday morning from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
