Lois Roth Smirnoff

?Lois Roth Smirnoff, 95, of Woodbridge, CT, formerly of Westport & Boca Raton, Florida. Beloved wife of the late Marvin J. Smirnoff, died on Tuesday December 15, 2020. She was born in Hartford, CT on August 8, 1925 the daughter of Samuel & Fannye (Gross) Roth. She is survived by her brother Sheldon (MADDY) Roth. She is survived by her two children Betsy ( Jeffrey) Hoos & Barry ( Linda) Smirnoff; her six grandchildren Michele Hoos, Jennifer (Jonathan) Rothberg, Stephanie Hoos, Michael Smirnoff, Marcy (Andy) Crouch, Ross Smirnoff. She is also survived by four great grandchildren Elliott & Abigail Rothberg and Sheffield & Sabine Crouch. Lois grew up in West Hartford, CT. She graduated from William Hall High School and attended Wilson College where she became a Certified Lab Technician. She married the love of her life, Marvin, on August 3, 1947. After becoming widowed at the age of 46, Lois made a life for herself spending 30 years at Boca West, enjoying golf & friends, and travel. She adored spending time with her grandchildren & great grandchildren over these last couple of years, having returned to CT.
