Eugene Dziezyk

Eugene (Gene) Dziezyk, age 52, of Seymour passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 with his loving family by his side. Born in Bridgeport, he was the son of Honorata Kropiwnicka Dziezyk and the late Tadeusz Dziezyk.

Gene graduated with a BS in Business from the University of Bridgeport and an MBA from Sacred Heart University. For over 25 years Gene has worked as a financial risk manager for EMCOR Group Inc. in Norwalk.

Gene was a passionate fan of the New York Yankees. His favorite hobby was collecting sports cards with other interests including sports cars, attending concerts and listening to rock and roll music, and playing softball.

He was extremely kind and compassionate and was always willing to help anyone in need. Gene will be missed dearly by all of his friends and family.

Survivors in addition to his mother Honorata are his sister Krystyna Leszczynski and her husband Dan of Easton, his niece Deborah and nephew Danny, along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins both in the USA and Poland.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 10am in St Michael the Archangel Church, Bridgeport. Following will be an interment in St Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Calling hours will take place on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Commerce Hill Radozycki Funeral Home, 4798 Main St., Bridgeport.
