He had many stories of his journeys and, If you know him, you’ve heard a few. When returning home, they married and he began his career as a Journeyman at the Connecticut Post in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Hugh and Patricia settled in Lordship when their daughter, Lisa, was born. They had three more children, Michael, Colleen, and James. Hugh loved his family and loved to sit and talk about all the wonderful memories he had throughout his life. He always said he lived a good life and was happy every day to be alive. Hugh was proud of his Irish heritage and celebrated every St. Patrick’s Day. He enjoyed his cigars, walking on the beach, their home in Vermont, being around family, and giving any dog a bone that came in his path. He was predeceased by his parents, Hugh and Barbara Lenahan, his stepbrothers, Robert and

Daniel, stepmother, Elsie Lenahan, and stepsister, Lynn Dougherty.
