Tropical Fruit and Amaretti Ice Cream

Serves 8

1 portion of vanilla ice cream

10 Tablespoons of dried tropical fruits like mango, papaya,

pineapple etc.

8 Amaretti di Saronno biscuits, crushed

1. Mix ice cream, dried fruits and the crushed amaretti. 2. Place in a bowl and freeze until set; then serve.
