Lemon Sorbet

Serves 12

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup corn syrup

2 ½ cups water

1 cup lemon juice, about 8 lemons

1. Place the sugar, corn syrup and water in a saucepan.

2. Cook the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.

3. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice. Cool.

4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze.
