Vanilla Almond Bundt Cake
Serves 8–10
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 Tablespoons vanilla extract 2 teaspoons almond extract 3 cups flour
6 Tablespoons corn starch 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup whole milk
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cream the butter and sugar.
2. Add the eggs and extracts.
3. Then add the dry ingredients and the milk.
4. Pour into a greased and lightly floured Bundt pan, and bake 1 hour.
5. Cool and invert onto a serving plate and garnish with icing, if preferred.
