Tropical Fruit Salad with Chili Lime Dressing
Tired of the same old apple and banana you’ve been snacking on every day? This fruit salad from Paige Rhodes of My Modern Cookery will wake up your palate for sure! The chili lime seasoning isn’t at all spicy but elevates the flavor of the fruit to a whole other level.
1 papaya, peeled, seeded
1 mango, peeled and diced 4 kiwifruits, peeled and diced 1 pint raspberries
1 small pineapple, diced
1⁄3 cup shredded coconut
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon lime zest 1 tablespoon Tajin or other
chili lime seasoning
1. Combine fruit in a large bowl.
2. Stir honey, lime juice, lime zest and Tajin seasoning together in a small bowl.
3. Drizzle dressing over the top of the fresh fruit. Gently toss to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
