Foolproof flower arranging is as simple as assembling a group of floating blooms. Pick up inexpensive baking pans and muffin tins at thrift shops and yard sales. Fill the compartments with water to float succulents, geranium blooms and hydrangea blossoms. Introduce some floating or votive candles to the grouping for a sparkling nighttime centerpiece.
