HOW TO USE Country Marketplace
ORDER DIRECTLY
All products in the Country Marketplace are available for purchase directly from individual advertisers as detailed next to the item photographs. You can also view these products in our online flip book at:
CountrySampler.com/marketplace. Direct links will take you to individual merchant sites.
Mail the order form directly to the merchant whose company name and address appear in the product description—please DO NOT send orders to Country Sampler.
In many cases, items may be ordered by phone, fax or through the merchant’s website as well. Please refer to the descriptive copy next to individual photos for specific information.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Products are available at the advertised price for three months after the magazine issue date. After that time, please contact the merchant for extended availability. Orders will be filled by the merchant within 30 days unless otherwise stated.
PAYMENTS: The descriptive copy next to each photo will provide information on types of payment accepted by the merchant, e.g., VISA/MC/DIS/AE/CK/MO/ PayPal. If you have any questions, contact the merchant by mail, email or phone.
SALES TAX: When ordering directly from merchants in your state, please add the appropriate sales tax.
SHIPPING: Follow the advertiser’s instructions on shipping charges. Many advertisers will ship “ppd”, which is postage prepaid, but some may not. Shipping charges to all points in the continental United States are included in the price listed for each product unless otherwise specified. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. possessions, Canada, overseas, or have an APO/FPO address, contact the merchant for shipping charges BEFORE you place an order. All foreign orders require U.S. funds.
PATTERN AND KIT SYMBOLS: Special symbols appear near the photographs of products that are available as a pattern or kit . Some of these products may also be available as finished items.
HEART SYMBOLS: In special recognition of our longtime advertisers, we have incorporated heart symbols in their descriptive copy. Advertisers with a single heart have been a part of Country Sampler for at least six issues; advertisers with a double heart have been a part of Country
Sampler for at least three issues per year for five years; advertisers with a triple heart have been a part of Country Sampler for at least three issues per year for 10 years; and advertisers with a quad heart have been a part of Country Sampler for at least three issues per year for 20 years.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES: An asterisk (*) appearing before a listed price indicates the merchant’s interest in dealer inquiries. When requesting information, please use your business letterhead and remember to include your tax ID number and phone number for verification. Wholesale payment and return policies may vary; check with the company BEFORE ordering.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: All items advertised are sold by the merchant on a satisfaction-guaranteed basis, except personalized items and patterns. If you’re unhappy with any item, return it to the merchant within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Remember that the joy of handcrafted collectibles is in their individuality; the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown. Slight variances in color may be discernible because of the complicated process involved in four-color printing. Thank you for your order!
