Garden on the Go

Create a magical mini garden with a mix of potted plants and moss. Choose a low, round basket that will fit nicely in the center of a dining table. Find pansies and other flowering plants, such as primrose, and fragrant edible herbs, such as thyme and oregano. Place potted plants in the basket, with taller plants in the center and shorter plants around the perimeter. Top exposed pots with moist sheet moss. Remove the plants from the basket for regular watering. Keep the planter in a sunny space.
