Cheers for Tiers

Recreate Gary’s fanciful tiered centerpiece by laying a full-size wreath atop a large pedestal and then placing a smaller pedestal in the center of the wreath. Top the second pedestal with a container brimming with candy canes or other favorite holiday embellishment.
