An Inviting Idea
Create a cordial greeting for your front door with a few easy-to-find odds and ends. Marty Walden enjoys visiting yard sales, where she picked up an old gilded frame that inspired this wreath concept. Choose a frame for your project as well as a wood sign that bears a spring message or graphic. Hang the sign from a small nail tacked in the top of the frame, or attach it with glue or wire. Select coordinating silk flowers and adhere the blooms along the bottom of the frame with glue. Add a small gauzy bow to the bottom center to balance the color choices.
