FREEZE FRAME

Reuse a coated wire refrigerator or freezer rack as a textured background for a display frame hosting a garden-themed wreath. Fit the rack to an open wood frame, securing the rack to the back of the frame with double-point tacks. Center a faux greenery wreath on the rack and wire it in place at the top. Wrap wide ribbon around the wreath, embellishing with a full bow at the bottom. Attach small terra-cotta pots to the wreath by filling each with foam and inserting wire up through the drainage hole, through the foam and around to the back, where the two ends may be twisted together on the back of the wreath. Push a faux flower stem into the foam in each pot. Hot glue seed packets among the pots to offer more bright color.
