SEASON 2: SUMMER SIZZLER

The summer sun has overcome your pansies by now and your delphinium won’t be far behind. Replace them with plants that both beat the heat and introduce hot hues like fiery orange and bronze.

KEEP: Angelonia, sedge, African daisies, sweet potato vine and calibrachoa.

REMOVE: Delphinium (transplant this perennial to the garden bed when it starts to fade, and enjoy the show again next year) and pansies.

ADD: Orange Cosmos and coleus.
