71/2 cups in­stant choco­late drink mix

1 pkg. (25.6 oz.) non­fat dry milk pow­der

21/2 cups confectioners’ su­gar 1 cup pow­dered nondairy creamer 25 pep­per­mint can­dies, crushed Minia­ture marsh­mal­lows EACH SERV­ING

1 cup hot whole milk

1. Com­bine the first five in­gre­di­ents. Di­vide into gift bags or place in an air­tight con­tainer, adding minia­ture marsh­mal­lows as desired. Mix may be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

2. To pre­pare hot co­coa: Place

1/3 cup co­coa mix in a mug. Stir in hot milk un­til blended. Add as many marsh­mal­lows as desired. 1 CUP PRE­PARED MINT CO­COA 296 cal., 9g fat (6g sat. fat), 36mg chol., 228mg sod., 42g carb. (38g sug­ars, 1g fiber), 14g pro.
