FLOCKING 101

To create the pretty snowy effect on these pomanders, first protect the ribbons by wrapping them up. Lightly spray the entire ball with white spray paint and allow to dry completely. Repeat process with a wall texture spray, using a sweeping motion over the pine cones and letting the spray fall naturally. Allow to dry completely. Finish with a light glitter spray paint and allow to dry completely.
