WHAT YOU’LL NEED White ceramic coffee mug

(see note)

Gingerbread man cookie cutter Scrap paper

Temporary spray adhesive Oil-based paint pens

Goo Gone cleaner

Scissors

Cotton applicator or

small sponge applicator DIRECTIONS 1. Wash coffee mug and let dry completely. 2. For the pattern, trace a gingerbread cookie cutter on scrap paper and cut out. 3. Lightly spray temporary adhesive on back of the cutout and gently adhere to a coffee mug where desired, smoothing down the edges. 4. Using paint pens in a variety of colors, randomly paint dots around pattern, placing dots closer together along the edge of pattern. Continue adding dots until they form an obvious gingerbread man outline. Let dry. Carefully remove the pattern. 5. Use cotton or sponge applicator and Goo Gone to remove any remaining adhesive on mug. NOTE Painted coffee mug is not dishwasher- or microwave-safe.
