I com­bine a hand­ful of sea­son­ings, from pa­prika to poppy seed, to make this salt-free mix that will perk up poultry, meat and veg­eta­bles, too. Com­bine 4 tsp. sesame seeds, 2 tsp. each cel­ery seed, dried mar­jo­ram, poppy seeds and coarsely ground pep­per, 11/2 tsp. dried pars­ley flakes, 1 tsp. each onion pow­der and dried thyme, and 1/2 tsp. each gar­lic pow­der and pa­prika. Store in an air­tight con­tainer up to 6 months. Makes ¹ ₃ cup.
