Salt-Free Herb Blend

I combine a handful of seasonings, from paprika to poppy seed, to make this salt-free mix that will perk up poultry, meat and vegetables, too. Combine 4 tsp. sesame seeds, 2 tsp. each celery seed, dried marjoram, poppy seeds and coarsely ground pepper, 11/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes, 1 tsp. each onion powder and dried thyme, and 1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and paprika. Store in an airtight container up to 6 months. Makes ¹ ₃ cup.
