Chili-Scented Sea­son­ing

Shake this mild sea­son­ing over food and use it as you would salt. Com­bine 6 Tbsp. onion pow­der, 3 Tbsp. each poultry sea­son­ing and pa­prika, 2 Tbsp. ground mus­tard, 1 Tbsp. gar­lic pow­der, 2 tsp. dried oregano (crushed), 1 tsp. each chili pow­der and black pep­per, and 1/4 tsp. cayenne pep­per. Store in an air­tight con­tainer. Makes 1 cup.
