Savory Steak Rub

Marjoram stars in this recipe. I use the rub on a variety of beef cuts—it locks in the natural juices of the meat. Combine 1 Tbsp. each dried marjoram and dried basil, 2 tsp. each garlic powder and dried thyme, 1 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed) and 3/4 tsp. dried oregano. Store in an airtight container. Makes ¹ ₄ cup.
