Bot­tles of this spicy blend are fun to share with fam­ily and friends. It’s a mix­ture with broad ap­peal since the rub can be used on all meats or added to rice while it’s cooking for a boost. Com­bine 1 Tbsp. salt, 1 tsp. each mus­tard seed, pep­per, chili pow­der and pa­prika, 1/2 tsp. each ground cumin and dried co­rian­der, and

1/4 tsp. gar­lic pow­der. Store in an air­tight con­tainer. Makes 2¹ ₂ Tbsp.
